Business Manager – Luxury Beauty Retail

About the role

As a Business Manager for Parfums Givenchy at Harrods, you will act as the brand ambassador for luxury beauty, driving sales across perfume, makeup and skincare while delivering a personalized, high‑end service to every client.

Key responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales targets for yourself and your team, increasing average transaction value and units.
• Lead, coach and develop Beauty Consultants, ensuring they meet or exceed performance goals.
• Provide expert product knowledge, conduct flash make‑overs and educate clients on the heritage and benefits of Givenchy products.
• Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager and oversee operational and administrative tasks.
• Organise events, appointments and return bookings to grow business and enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain high standards in mystery‑shopping evaluations and overall service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail sales and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance, makeup and skincare products.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering personalized service.
• Ability to manage inventory and meet operational standards.
