Business School Faculty – Lecturer & Senior Lecturer

About the role

British University Vietnam is seeking experienced academics to join its Business School as Lecturers or Senior Lecturers. The positions involve high‑quality teaching and impactful research across a range of business‑related disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English.
• Design and update curricula, learning materials and assessment methods.
• Supervise student projects, theses and dissertations.
• Conduct and publish research in areas such as Business Management, Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance and Human Resources Management.
• Contribute to programme development, quality assurance and accreditation processes.
• Engage with industry partners and support student employability initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline from an internationally recognised institution.
• University‑level teaching experience, with a record of teaching programmes delivered entirely in English.
• Higher education teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Demonstrated research output and scholarly publications.
• Understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion in higher education.
