Business Systems Support & Data Analyst (Hybrid, Bristol)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Support professional to own and improve the SaaS, CRM and reporting platforms used by a growing professional services firm in Bristol. The role blends hands‑on system administration with data quality and insight delivery, working three days a week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core business applications – manage users, permissions, configuration and liaise with an external IT provider.
• Support colleagues with system queries, training and practical problem‑solving.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and operational reporting.
• Improve data quality across key platforms and turn raw data into clear business insights.
• Identify manual processes for automation and coordinate implementation of new software.
• Produce clear documentation, user guides and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting business systems, SaaS platforms or CRM applications.
• Hands‑on administration of users, permissions and system configuration.
• Comfort with incomplete or inconsistent business data and ability to create useful reports.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Proactive, communicative and able to gather practical requirements.

Required skills

• Power BI (reporting and dashboard creation)
• CRM administration (any major CRM)
• Power Automate, Zapier, Make or n8n for workflow automation
• Experience with SaaS platforms and data migration/integration
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs and automation agents

What we offer

• Salary £50,000‑£55,000 per year
• Hybrid working – three days a week in the Bristol office for local candidates
