Business Travel Consultant

About the role

Gray Dawes Travel is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join its Manchester team. You will work as an extension of our clients' in‑house travel departments, delivering high‑touch, high‑tech travel solutions for corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle enquiries and reservations, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Research and secure the best travel deals for clients.
• Process e‑tickets, travel documentation, refunds and cancellations.
• Provide advice on itineraries, visas, passport requirements and vaccinations.
• Build and maintain traveller profiles to personalise service.

Required profile

• Motivated, passionate individual with prior experience in business travel.
• Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal reasoning and attention to detail.
• Confident in face‑to‑face client interactions.
• Willing to work a rota between 08:00‑18:00.

Required skills

• Experience using Sabre GDS (Galileo experience also considered).
