Care Assistant (Female Drivers) – Bradford

About the role

We are looking for caring, reliable women to join our Be Caring Bradford team as Care Assistants who also drive. The role supports people in their own homes across Bradford and Pudsey, offering flexible early and late shifts on a two‑week rota.

Key responsibilities

• Support individuals to achieve personal outcomes, working alongside families and professionals.
• Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice.
• Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches.
• Deliver personalised care based on individual needs, choices and preferences.
• Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
• Help people stay connected to their community and access local services.

Required profile

• Female applicants only, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
• Previous experience caring for a family member or friend, or a natural caring disposition.
• Flexibility to work across multiple Bradford postcodes and Pudsey.

What we offer

• £13.30 per hour for drivers plus mileage reimbursement at 50p per mile.
• Full‑time permanent contract with a two‑week rotating schedule.
• Paid induction training and funded Level 2 and other accredited courses.
