About the role
Be the reason someone feels safe, supported and cared for in their own home. As a Care Assistant you will provide personal care, support independence and help clients stay connected to their community across Liverpool.
Key responsibilities
- Support people to achieve personal outcomes, working with families and professionals.
- Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice.
- Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches.
- Deliver personalised care based on individual needs, choices and preferences.
- Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
Required profile
- Kind, reliable and naturally caring individual.
- Experience caring for a family member or friend is valued.
- Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time shifts, including weekends.
What we offer
- £13.30 per hour plus 50p per mile mileage.
- Full‑time and part‑time permanent contracts.
- Paid induction training and funded level‑2 qualifications.
