About the role

Develop and grow with us as a Care Assistant at Alina Homecare, supporting clients in their own homes across Potters Bar and surrounding areas. You will help people maintain independence, dignity and self‑worth while delivering award‑winning, compassionate care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide companionship and prevent loneliness.
• Assist with personal hygiene and overall personal care.
• Collect prescriptions and give medication reminders.
• Prepare tasty meals and support mealtimes.
• Carry out housekeeping tasks to keep the home comfortable.
• Help clients with mobility and moving around safely.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, compassion and a consistently positive attitude.
• Responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
