Case Manager – Remote (London)

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Case Manager to join our welfare team, supporting industry members across a range of personal and professional challenges. The position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to our London office, and runs from July 2026 to March 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain personalised support plans covering mental health, financial, employment, housing and welfare benefits.
- Monitor client progress, adjust plans as circumstances evolve, and conduct regular case reviews.
- Deliver training sessions such as Mental Health First Aid for partner organisations.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand support services.
- Maintain accurate records using database systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Required profile
- Degree or relevant training in psychology, mental health or a related discipline.
- Experience in a mental health or social‑care support role.
- Strong listening, communication and prioritisation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Database management experience.
