Casual Hotel Receptionist – Slough

About the role

We are seeking a casual hotel receptionist to join the Copthorne Hotel Slough Windsor team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable stay from check‑in through check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Operate standard PC systems and hotel front‑desk software.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in a hotel reception or front‑desk role, or a demonstrable passion to learn.
• Friendly, caring attitude and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard PC systems.
