Centre Executive

About the role

The Centre Executive will be the heartbeat of our Birmingham flexible workspace centre, combining operational leadership with commercial drive. You will work on‑site, interacting daily with customers, prospects and a small team to ensure a high‑quality experience and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day‑to‑day operation of the centre, from opening through to close, maintaining high standards throughout.
• Conduct tours and manage the full sales process from first enquiry to signed agreement.
• Drive revenue beyond fixed office lettings, including co‑working, meeting rooms and events space.
• Supervise, coach and develop a team of Centre Operations Assistants.
• Track sales performance and KPIs, report to the Commercial Sales Executive and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with marketing on local campaigns to grow visibility and demand for the centre.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing supervisory or management role, ideally in hospitality, flexible workspace, facilities or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated commercial instinct with a track record of contributing to revenue targets.
• Strong communicator, confident leading a team and dealing with customers at all levels.
• Organised and detail‑oriented, able to juggle operational and commercial priorities simultaneously.
