About the role
The Change Adoption Manager will lead the adoption of strategic change initiatives within the Learner Analytics Programme for a public‑sector client. Working closely with senior stakeholders and project teams, you will ensure that change activities are embedded early and deliver measurable business benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver change adoption strategies across major projects.
- Develop business impact assessments, stakeholder plans, and adoption approaches.
- Engage with project teams from the business case stage to include change activities in scope and budget.
- Identify and manage resistance, provide coaching, and support project management teams.
- Troubleshoot adoption issues, analyse root causes and implement solutions.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for change adoption processes and techniques.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading complex, technology‑enabled organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated delivery of measurable adoption and business outcomes.
- Relevant change‑management qualifications or equivalent experience.
