Chartered Building Surveyor – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

FindCore are assisting a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor for a permanent, hybrid role based in Manchester. The successful candidate will deliver a broad range of surveying services and manage refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional building surveying services including PPM, condition surveys, technical due diligence and pathology investigations.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and reinstatement cost assessments.
• Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC contracts.
• Produce schedules of condition and dilapidations and provide clear technical advice to clients.

Required profile

• Broad experience delivering building surveying services with strong knowledge of construction technology, pathology and PPM programmes.
• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects and administering JCT or SBCC contracts.
• Good understanding of CDM Regulations, health and safety legislation and a full UK driving licence.
