Civil Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) – London Hybrid

About the role

Lawhive is seeking an innovative Civil Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience to join its AI‑native legal platform. The role is hybrid, based in London, and combines traditional litigation work with cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters, advising clients in disputes with other parties.
• Draft letters before action and various types of claims, ensuring compliance with procedural rules.
• Instruct barristers or advocates on behalf of clients and coordinate their involvement.
• Oversee cases from commencement through to conclusion, providing strategic advice on merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in civil dispute and litigation matters.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle a high‑volume caseload.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Empathy, problem‑solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
