Civil Litigation Solicitor / Legal Executive – Surrey

About the role

This is a full‑time opportunity for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing dispute resolution team in Surrey. You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, ranging from neighbour disputes to employment‑related conflicts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a broad portfolio of civil litigation cases with minimal supervision.
• Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure high‑quality client service.
• Maintain and develop client relationships throughout the dispute lifecycle.
• Prepare pleadings, attend hearings and manage case documentation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload confidently.
• Strong organisational and client‑care skills.
• Commercially‑aware approach to dispute resolution.

Required skills

• Experience in civil litigation matters (neighbour, employment, general civil disputes).
