Class 2 Driver

About the role

We are looking for a Class 2 Driver to join Carlsberg Britvic’s logistics team in Eaglescliffe. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will play a vital part in delivering our beverage portfolio to customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Operate lorries up to 26 tonnes, delivering stock to customers on schedule.
• Assist Driver’s Mates and warehouse staff with loading and unloading of goods.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Utilise local area knowledge to ensure safe, on‑time deliveries.
• Prioritise health and safety in all operational processes.

Required profile

• Valid Class 2 Driver’s Licence and CPC Driver Card.
• Current knowledge of the Highway Code and relevant health‑and‑safety legislation.
• Familiarity with the local region and strong customer‑service attitude.
• Manual‑handling experience is desirable; full training will be provided.
