Client Accountant – Property Services

About the role

We are seeking a Client Accountant to join a globally recognised property services organisation. You will own key client accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial information is delivered to a diverse portfolio of commercial property clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform service charge year‑end reconciliations and produce client financial reports.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting queries.
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with financial controls.
• Coach and mentor Assistant Client Accountants, sharing best practices.
• Maintain accurate client money handling records.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of service charges, rent accounting and client money handling in a property environment.
• Proven experience building professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience preparing audit documentation and knowledge of financial compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
