About the role
The Client Development Manager will design and execute omnichannel client development strategies to grow and retain the local client base. You will maximise conversion and long‑term client value through high‑impact appointments, events and personalised experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure LV tools (ICON, MyCC, LV Publishing, LV Catalogue) are available, correctly used and promoted in‑store.
- Provide guidance, training and best‑practice sharing for existing and new clienteling tools.
- Collect store feedback on tools and business needs, relay to EMEA Zone and implement local adaptations.
- Champion a strong clienteling culture, coach teams, and support Client Advisors to meet development objectives.
- Act as liaison between the Client Service Centre and stores to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Organise and execute client and press events, private appointments and in‑store experiences.
- Define store clienteling priorities with Store Manager and Client Manager, aligning with business goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with sales to target high‑potential clients for events and activations.
- Manage CRM data, ensure high data quality and generate actionable insights.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with a focus on client relationship development.
- Strong coaching and communication skills to drive a client‑centric culture.
- Ability to analyse feedback and adapt tools to meet local needs.
- Experience in coordinating events and personalised client experiences.
