Clinical Advisor (111 Service) – Remote/Homeworking

About the role
Connaught Resourcing is seeking qualified Clinical Advisors to provide remote support for NHS 111 services. This agency‑based position offers flexible, home‑working shifts for professionals with recent experience on the 111 service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical advice to callers via the NHS 111 telephone service.
- Assess patient needs, triage appropriately, and provide self‑care guidance.
- Document interactions accurately in line with NHS standards.
- Participate in on‑call duties and respond to emergencies as required.
Required profile
- Full nursing or paramedic qualification.
- Current registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Completed Pathways training and recent (within 6 weeks) experience on the 111 service.
Required skills
- Clinical assessment and triage.
- Effective telephone communication.
- Knowledge of NHS 111 protocols.
