Clinical Negligence Lawyer – £60k (NQ+), Liverpool

About the role

Join a nationally recognised claimant litigation team as a Clinical Negligence Lawyer. You will handle a diverse portfolio of clinical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including trials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters.
• Conduct case assessments, gather evidence and liaise with medical experts.
• Prepare pleadings, witness statements and other court documents.
• Represent clients at hearings and, where required, at trial.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing clear updates on case progress.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in clinical negligence.
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop expertise within a supportive, collaborative environment.
