About the role

Join a multi‑award‑winning law firm based in Manchester that specialises in personal injury and clinical negligence. You will manage a diverse caseload of high‑value, complex claims against NHS Hospital Trusts and GPs, providing empathetic support to seriously injured claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a mixed portfolio of clinical negligence cases, focusing on higher‑value, complex claims.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with clinical negligence protocols.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional development.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Required profile

• 5+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor.
• Proven experience with higher‑value clinical negligence claims.
• Strong client‑care skills and a collaborative approach.
• Law Society/Avma accreditation preferred but not essential.
