About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our Manchester City Centre team on a hybrid basis. You will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, working within a supportive, high‑performing environment recognised for technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

Independently run clinical negligence cases from inception to settlement.
Draft legal documentation, pleadings and correspondence.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurers.
Provide clear, client‑focused advice throughout the litigation process.
Maintain accurate case records and meet deadlines.

Required profile

Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with proven experience handling clinical negligence matters.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented culture.
