Clinical Systems Specialist – PET‑CT & Imaging Platforms

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Specialist to support and enhance PET‑CT and radiology imaging platforms. Working primarily from home with one day per week at our Warwick headquarters, you will collaborate with technology teams, clinicians and radiologists to ensure optimal performance of specialist clinical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support, maintain and optimise clinical imaging and reporting systems, with a focus on PET‑CT workflows.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with software vendors.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and performance monitoring.
• Gather business and clinical requirements for system enhancements.
• Participate in product evaluations, pilots and application roll‑outs.
• Document workflows, processes, configurations and testing procedures.
• Improve radiology and clinical workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Support integration of clinical applications and related technologies.
• Deliver or support user training for clinicians and radiologists.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting clinical, healthcare or radiology systems.
• Knowledge of PET‑CT reporting workflows and operational processes.
• Familiarity with advanced visualisation software such as MIM, Hermes or Mirada.
• Understanding of PACS, RIS and healthcare system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in Healthcare IT, clinical applications, radiology or diagnostic imaging environments.
