Coaching & Development Trainer – Advanced Solutions

About the role

Motia is seeking a Coaching & Development Trainer to join the Advanced Solutions team in Antrim. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering ongoing sales training, and providing one‑to‑one coaching to improve performance across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a dynamic induction programme for new recruits.
• Provide on‑the‑job training aligned with the post‑induction schedule.
• Run regular refresher sessions and address additional training needs.
• Conduct structured one‑to‑one coaching to boost consultative selling skills.
• Document coaching activities and follow up consistently.
• Review training effectiveness and learner feedback in partnership with the L&D Business Partner.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of telematics products, competitors and market trends.
• Travel as required to support sales teams and broader business training needs.
• Liaise with Sales Managers and the Fleet Sales Director to set training objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a training or coaching role (preferred).
• Experience working in an office environment, ideally with B2B sales exposure.
• Strong supervisory or mentoring abilities are advantageous.
• Excellent oral and presentation communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
