Commercial Administrator (Healthcare)

About the role

This newly created position provides dedicated administrative support to the Commercial team of a growing healthcare organisation. Working closely with Key Account Managers and senior commercial stakeholders, you will act as the central hub for commercial activity, ensuring that customer information, contracts, documentation and reporting are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day commercial activities and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Prepare, review and archive contracts and related documentation.
• Generate regular commercial reports and support internal process compliance.
• Liaise with senior commercial staff to streamline workflows.
• Assist the team in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

• Highly organised individual who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proven experience in administrative, commercial or sales support within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality output.
