About the role

Anakin Seal Legal Recruitment is partnering with a leading national law firm to offer a unique retrain opportunity for a qualified litigation solicitor. The role focuses on property insurance disputes, allowing you to build specialist expertise while continuing to develop high‑level litigation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Handle complex property damage claims and coverage disputes for major insurer clients.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with senior insurance specialists to deliver strategic advice.
• Participate in structured training programmes and mentorship sessions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ level or above) with solid litigation experience.
• Background in commercial, professional negligence, property, personal injury or civil litigation.
• Strong case‑management and dispute‑resolution abilities.
• Commercially aware, proactive and client‑focused.

Required skills

• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues.
• Strong academic record and commitment to professional development.
