Commercial Litigation Paralegal – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation (Dispute Resolution) Paralegal to join our Manchester City Centre office. The role starts with a three‑month on‑site training period and then moves to a hybrid schedule, supporting a team that advises FTSE 100 and Euro 250 companies on a wide range of commercial disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and produce legal documentation, standard forms, settlement agreements, charging order applications and witness statements.
• Prepare court forms, issue court proceedings and assemble court bundles.
• Conduct document review and e‑disclosure, including early case assessment, pre‑litigation reviews and large‑scale reviews on e‑disclosure platforms.
• Redact documents and respond to Subject Access Requests under GDPR legislation.
• Support fee‑earners at all levels and attend client meetings, mediations, arbitrations and court hearings.

Required profile

• Qualified Paralegal with experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with a variety of case types such as breach of contract, civil injunctions, fraud investigations, shareholder disputes, employment and insolvency matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team and handle both on‑site and hybrid working arrangements.
