Commercial Paralegal – London (Remote Flexibility)

About the role

A leading international law firm is seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join its growing Legal Delivery Centre. This position offers the chance to develop strong commercial legal experience in a flexible, remote‑friendly environment while supporting sophisticated clients on a wide range of commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend commercial contracts and related documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and progress matters to completion.
• Conduct legal and commercial research.
• Manage allocated tasks and matters under appropriate supervision.
• Liaise with lawyers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Prioritise competing deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
• Work with precedents, playbooks and established processes.
• Maintain accurate matter records and support reporting requirements.
• Utilise legal technology, AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Strong academic background, degree or equivalent preferred.
• Genuine interest in commercial law and contracts.
• Previous exposure to commercial contracts or professional services environment advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive, ownership‑focused attitude.
• Curious, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Comfortable receiving and acting on feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
