Commercial & Partnerships Director

About the role

Brave Bison is looking for a Commercial & Partnerships Director to lead its revenue‑generation and partnership strategy across its media, marketing and technology businesses. You will work at the heart of a fast‑moving digital ecosystem, helping global brands navigate complexity and achieve growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy that drives revenue across Brave Bison’s portfolio of brands and platforms.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with leading brands in sport, entertainment and digital media.
• Lead a cross‑functional team to deliver integrated media, marketing and technology solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with the media network to optimise channel performance on YouTube, Snap, Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and emerging technologies to keep the business ahead of the curve.
• Report on commercial performance, pipeline health and partnership outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial leadership, business development or partnership management within media, marketing or technology sectors.
• Strong network of contacts with global brands and agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex digital landscapes and translate them into clear growth opportunities.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and measurable results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
