Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) – London

About the role

Our client, a top‑tier London law firm, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years of post‑qualification experience. You will join a busy Commercial Real Estate team, working on high‑profile transactions and building long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex transactions for high‑value clients, including asset managers and historic Central London estates.
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle: asset management, acquisitions, disposals, financing and lease agreements across retail, office, industrial and mixed‑use sectors.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams (construction, planning, litigation) and mentor junior lawyers.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• 3–4 years PQE in commercial real estate (5–6 PQE also considered).
• Proven track record in asset management and complex lease or transactional work.
• Strong commercial awareness, excellent client handling skills and the ability to take ownership of transactions.
• Motivated, proactive and ready to thrive in a collaborative, ambitious environment.
