Commercial Property Solicitor – 6+ Years PQE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team in Cheltenham. You will work with a diverse portfolio of businesses, investors and developers, providing practical legal advice on a wide range of real‑estate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including property refinancing and secured lending.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, asset management and general commercial real‑estate advice.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships while collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law.
• Broad experience across commercial property transactions with strong technical ability.
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to manage an independent caseload.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and interest in business development.
