Commercial Property Solicitor

About the role

We are a well‑established regional law firm seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our growing property team in Manchester. You will work on a varied portfolio of commercial property matters, supporting both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties.
• Handle secured lending, remortgages and related financing transactions.
• Provide landlord and tenant advice, including lease drafting, renewals and licences.
• Conduct auction transactions and manage pension scheme property matters.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
• Assist management companies with property‑related issues.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
• Excellent organisational abilities and confidence managing a varied caseload.
