About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a leading London law firm’s commercial real estate team. The successful candidate will work under a Partner recognised in the Legal 500, handling high‑value property transactions across a range of sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage commercial real estate acquisitions and disposals.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, including commercial leases.
- Support development projects and related legal work.
- Prepare and review transactional documentation.
- Assist with client meetings and negotiations.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate.
- Experience in acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and development work.
- Ability to work to a reasonable billable hour target.
Required skills
What we offer
- Competitive salary between £93,000 and £105,000 per annum.
- 25 days of annual leave.
