About the role

Opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a prestigious Legal 500‑ranked law firm in London. The role offers exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters while working within a boutique, partner‑led environment that values work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters, including managed offices and asset management.
• Support partners on investment acquisitions, disposals, property finance transactions and larger development projects.
• Collaborate with key clients on portfolio management, including multi‑property portfolio instructions.
• Run smaller matters independently, taking responsibility with appropriate supervision.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong experience across general commercial real estate matters.
• Experience of commercial landlord and tenant work.
• Exposure to investment acquisitions, disposals, asset management or development work (beneficial).
• Excellent drafting, due diligence and title review skills.
• Comfortable taking responsibility for smaller transactions under supervision.
• Experience advising landed estates is beneficial but not essential.
