Compliance Officer – EMEA Marketing & Distribution

About the role

Invesco is seeking a French‑speaking Compliance Officer to join its EMEA Marketing & Distribution Compliance team based in Henley on Thames. You will act as a trusted adviser on financial promotions, cross‑border distribution rules and regulatory change, ensuring that marketing communications meet all applicable requirements while supporting commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across the EMEA region.
• Provide regulatory advice on cross‑border distribution rules and emerging regulatory developments.
• Support strategic business projects with compliance input and challenge.
• Deliver practical, solution‑oriented compliance advice to business and management.
• Collaborate with global compliance, legal, risk, marketing and distribution teams to enhance compliance processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance‑related projects and policies.
• Research regulatory topics and respond to internal compliance queries.

Required profile

• First experience in compliance and/or marketing, preferably within financial services.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent French (written and spoken).
• Strong PC skills and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
