Construction Contracts Manager

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing, high‑end refurbishment contractor operating in Central London. Reporting to the Construction Director, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing two to three premium residential refurbishment projects for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver 2‑3 luxury residential refurbishment projects in the West End and Central London.
• Lead and supervise on‑site Site and Project Managers, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve super‑prime quality finishes.
• Maintain close communication with high‑net‑worth clients, addressing their expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UK construction regulations throughout each project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the high‑end, super‑prime, or luxury residential finishes market.
• Background as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager ready to transition into a contracts‑focused role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑value projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of UK construction standards and contractual processes.
