Construction Manager – London

About the role

KONE is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of installation projects across London. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while supporting and developing the engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction and installation projects from initiation to handover.
• Lead site teams, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with KONE standards.
• Monitor performance, resources, and timelines to keep projects on track.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal partners.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support team development.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction, engineering or installation projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
