Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee Fit‑Out and Refurbishment projects across the Northwest of England. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of multiple projects, ranging from £20,000 to £10,000,000, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of several refurbishment and fit‑out sites simultaneously.
• Maintain compliance with construction contracts, health & safety regulations, and site standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor site safety, enforce CSCS requirements, and promote a safe working environment.
• Report progress, issues, and financial performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of up‑to‑date experience in construction contracts and refurbishment projects.
• Relevant qualifications such as an HNC/HND in Construction Management or at least SMSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Full‑time availability (45 hrs/week, 07:30‑17:00, Monday‑Friday).
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
