Consulting Associate – LCA (Entry Level)

About the role

ERM is looking for a motivated Consulting Associate to support sustainability projects with a focus on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and data management. This entry‑level position will involve working directly with clients to translate sustainability strategies into actionable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in assessing environmental and social impacts of products, services, and supply chains using LCA and product‑footprinting techniques.
• Conduct research, analysis, and modelling to support circular‑economy, SDG implementation, and carbon‑strategy initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior consultants and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sustainability, marketing, and innovation groups.

Required profile

• Entry‑level graduate with a background in sustainability, environmental science, or related fields.
• Strong interest in commercial consulting and client‑facing work.
• Ability to translate broad sustainability discussions into concrete project plans.
