About the role

As a Content Creative you will work under the Head of Creative, collaborating with design, social, email and production teams to develop compelling visual concepts that support trade‑led product stories. You will be involved from initial mood‑boarding through on‑set art direction and post‑production asset management, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for trade‑led product stories and align outputs across social, email and other channels.
• Present ideas clearly, create detailed briefs for photography, AI‑generated assets and other production needs.
• Provide on‑set art direction, translating concepts into high‑impact visuals that meet brand and commercial goals.
• Coordinate asset delivery, working with retouch and video editors to ensure on‑brand, high‑quality output.
• Distribute final assets to Customer, Marketing and Digital teams and maintain consistency across website, email, social and paid media.
• Support multi‑channel visual roll‑outs in partnership with design and content teams.
• Research trends, evaluate cultural references and build a visual inspiration library for future projects.

Required profile

• Creatively minded with strong visual taste and an affinity for premium brand aesthetics.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Culturally aware, trend‑led and knowledgeable about visual storytelling on digital and social platforms.
• Confident communicator who can present ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and eager to contribute new concepts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in fashion, design, content production or media is advantageous.
