About the role

We are seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer with at least three years of post‑qualification experience to join a well‑established private practice firm. Established in the 1980s, the firm continues to grow in specialist areas while delivering high‑quality, personalised advice to local and international clients. The role offers hybrid working and ongoing training, supporting you to manage a varied portfolio of property transactions.

Key responsibilities

Handle conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
Manage sales and purchase transactions.
Oversee remortgage matters.
Deal with complex and high‑value property cases.
Coordinate with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process.
Prepare and review legal documentation related to property deals.

Required profile

Minimum three years PQE in conveyancing.
Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC‑qualified professional.
Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload.
