Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property Law

About the role

Join a Legal 500‑ranked firm in Central London as a Conveyancing Solicitor, handling high‑value residential property transactions for high‑net‑worth clients, investors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle high‑value and complex property transactions, re‑mortgages and transfers of equity.
• Oversee new‑build and off‑plan purchases, lease extensions and enfranchisement matters.
• Provide end‑to‑end service from instruction through to completion for high‑net‑worth individuals and developers.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive in England & Wales.
• Strong independent experience in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a client‑focused communication style.
