Corporate Account Manager – Commercial Insurance

About the role

This position is for an experienced commercial insurance professional who will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate clients. You will ensure renewals are coordinated, service standards are maintained, and client relationships are deepened within a reputable broking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate commercial insurance accounts.
• Develop and execute renewal strategies, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
• Coordinate with internal broking teams, insurers, and clients to deliver consistent service.
• Negotiate terms with insurers and provide clear advice to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Monitor policy performance and oversee any necessary adjustments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in servicing large, complex commercial insurance accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand client priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
