Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – London

About the role

We are a Legal 500‑ranked multidisciplinary firm seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join our growing London team. You will have genuine influence over the practice, autonomy in client matters and the chance to shape the firm’s future direction.

Key responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support practice‑growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across property, employment and specialist sectors.
• Contribute to the development of internal systems, processes and technology.
• Support recruitment and the wider team’s development strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years post‑qualification experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Strong commercial judgement and decision‑making capability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of business development.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm.
