Corporate Tax Manager – Property Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join a fast‑growing property tax team within a leading accountancy and tax advisory firm. The role combines high‑level advisory work, transactional exposure and full client ownership, supporting a diverse portfolio of property owners, funds and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver property tax advisory services covering structuring, reorganisations, group tax planning and international matters.
• Lead transactional tax work such as due‑diligence, acquisition and disposal structuring, and joint‑venture advice.
• Manage a portfolio of large property clients, ensuring high‑quality service and strong relationships.
• Take responsibility for billing, work‑in‑progress and identification of tax planning opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a client portfolio in a corporate or property tax environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of property tax advisory and transaction‑related work.
• CTA qualification preferred; experience with Alpha Tax is advantageous.
