About the role

We are seeking a proactive Counter Manager to lead a high‑performing team within a premium beauty and skincare retail environment in West London. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Beauty Consultants.
• Drive sales through clientelling, events and personalised appointments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored consultations.
• Build long‑term relationships with domestic and international clientele.
• Identify and act on opportunities to maximise commercial performance.
• Ensure operational excellence and high standards of brand presentation.
• Foster a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance or premium retail.
• Proactive, commercially driven mindset.
• Strong client‑building and relationship skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
