Counterbalance Long Forks Forklift Driver – Fixed Shifts

About the role

We are seeking experienced Counterbalance long‑fork forklift drivers for an ongoing logistics assignment in Castle Bromwich. The role offers stable, fixed‑shift patterns (day, afternoon or night) on a 40‑hour week with the possibility of overtime.

Key responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance FLT (long forks) safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers using long forks.
• Checking, tagging and processing items.
• Supporting warehouse operations when not on the forklift.
• Following all site health & safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating long‑fork Counterbalance forklifts.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence obtained or refreshed within the last 3 years, accredited by RTITB, AITT, ABA or ITSSAR.
• Good communication, attention to detail and reliable punctuality.
• No unspent convictions and able to pass drug & alcohol testing.
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties alongside forklift work.

Required skills

• Counterbalance forklift operation (long forks).
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
