About the role
Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in East London. The role offers flexible, day‑to‑day assignments that can be fitted around your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre‑set work and keep students on task.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Provide support to students and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Follow each school’s policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Two professional references covering the last two years.
Required skills
What we offer
- Daily rate of £100‑£130, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible schedule – choose the days you are available.
