About the role
Octave is seeking a Customer Experience Marketing Manager to join its EMEA regional marketing team. The role will partner with new public‑safety customers from order through go‑live, ensuring they are engaged, informed and connected to Octave’s solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end customer marketing programmes using account‑based tactics.
- Plan, organise and execute customer events, both virtual and onsite.
- Create and design digital assets such as emails, landing pages, forms and banners.
- Establish communication cadences across internal teams and customer personas using multiple media channels.
- Develop a customer advocacy programme, securing case studies, speaking engagements and PR content.
- Capture qualitative and quantitative data to monitor project health and KPIs.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience in marketing, communications or customer success.
- Proven ability to manage up to 25 concurrent projects with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German fluency preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and lift 10 kg for event set‑up.
