Customer Service Executive – French or German

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive who is fluent in French or German to join a fast‑growing life‑sciences company. After an initial training period in London, you will work fully remotely, handling customer calls, emails and order processing for European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders accurately in Microsoft Navision on a daily basis.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails, providing first‑line support to customers across Europe.
• Communicate order status updates and any supply or delivery issues to customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the sales team in driving growth.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French or German, with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a technical or scientific environment such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
