Customer Service Officer – Premier Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Premier Banking team. You will be the first point of contact for high‑value customers, helping them navigate our banking services and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Premier customers, addressing a wide range of banking queries.
• Take full ownership of each interaction, delivering memorable service and resolving issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with business goals.
• Identify and resolve complaints quickly, restoring customer relationships.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to boost satisfaction and efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑focused environment with a passion for excellent service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced contact‑centre handling high call volumes.
• Commitment to putting customers first and delivering personalised experiences.
• Positive attitude toward learning, feedback and skill development.
• Resilience, empathy and professionalism when handling varied enquiries.
